Position: Office Manager (Full-Time)

About Us: Rhom Auto is a trusted, 15-year-old independent shop specializing in high-end German and Italian vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc.). We pride ourselves on quality service and customer loyalty.

Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to run the front office, support the service team, and help drive shop growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, customer intake & service writing

  • Handle billing, invoicing & parts ordering

  • Oversee daily office operations and staff coordination

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Auto industry experience required (service advisor or office manager background preferred)

  • Strong computer skills (shop management software experience a plus)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission on shop performance. Great earning potential for the right person.
